Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

 

  • Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
  • If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
